The sand making machine primarily consists of a feed hopper, a distributor, a vortex crushing chamber, an impeller, a main shaft assembly, a base, a transmission device, and a motor. The feed hopper guides the material in, the distributor distributes the material, the vortex crushing chamber forms a wear-resistant, self-lining material layer, the impeller accelerates the material's ejection and crushing, the main shaft assembly transmits power, the base supports the installation, the transmission device drives the impeller, and the motor provides power.

The working principle of the sand making machine is mainly based on the high-speed impact and friction of materials in the crushing chamber. The material enters the jaw crusher from the vibrating feeder for initial crushing, and then is refined by the small jaw crusher before being screened by the vibrating screen. 

Qualified materials enter the sand making machine (the hammer crushing stage in the figure) and are crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer head. They repeatedly collide with the surrounding liner and rebounding materials, and at the same time, the materials rub against each other, eventually forming sand particles of the required particle size. After being cleaned by the sand washing machine, they are discharged from the discharge port.

The current system has obvious defects: it cannot adjust the speed and is difficult to flexibly adjust according to the actual transmission feeding and production; if the crusher is blocked or the motor is out of phase, it cannot protect the motor in time, which can easily cause damage to the motor; the mechanical frequency (machine frequency) impact is large during startup, which not only shortens the service life of the mechanical equipment and belts, but also causes a large impact on the grid voltage at the moment of startup, affecting the normal operation of other electrical equipment, and urgently needs optimization and improvement.
