In recent years, the level of mechatronics in textile machinery has continued to improve, and AC variable frequency speed regulation has become the mainstream in the industry. The vertical high-speed ribbon loom is mainly composed of a frame, spindle assembly, turntable traction mechanism, frequency conversion drive system, tension control device, and electronic control system. The spindle is responsible for yarn delivery and weaving formation, the traction mechanism stably drives the ribbon forward, and the frequency conversion system precisely controls the rotation speed. The whole machine is equipped with tension adjustment, thread breakage detection, and auxiliary transmission components, featuring a compact structure and coordinated operation, which can realize high-speed, stable, and uniform continuous production of ribbons.

When the vertical high-speed ribbon loom is in operation, multiple groups of yarns are fed out in an orderly manner from the spindles. Driven by frequency conversion, the spindles rotate and interweave at high speed according to the set trajectory to form the ribbon base. The traction mechanism conveys the ribbon forward at a stable speed, while the tension control system maintains uniform yarn tension to avoid slackening or breaking. The electronic control system adjusts the rotation speed and weaving density in real time, and cooperates with the automatic shutdown protection in case of thread breakage, thus realizing continuous, high-speed and precise automatic ribbon production.

This equipment is mainly used for the production of round knitted belts such as shoelaces.
