A general injection molding machine mainly includes four parts: injection system, closing system,
hydraulic control system and electrical control system.
Injection system:The injection system includes a hopper, a barrel, a heater, a metering device, and a screw
(the plunger injection molding machine is a plunger and a shunt shuttle). The injection system plays a role in
heating the molten plastic to a viscous flow state and applying high pressure to shoot it into the mold cavity.
Clamping system:It is mainly composed of front and back fixed template, moving template, tie rod, closing
cylinder, connecting rod mechanism, adjusting mold mechanism and product launching mechanism. The mold
closing system plays a role in closing, locking, opening and ejecting the mold.
Hydraulic drive (power) and electrical control system (control):Ensure that injection molding is performed
accurately according to predetermined process requirements (pressure, speed, time, temperature) and procedures.
Mode locking:The template quickly approaches the fixed template (including slow-fast-slow), and when it is confirmed that
there is no foreign body, the system turns to high pressure and locks the template (maintaining the pressure in the cylinder).
The firing platform moved forward into position:Step forward to the specified position (nozzle close to the mold).
Injection molding:The screw can be set to inject the molten material into the mold cavity at the front end of the barrel with
multiple speed, pressure and stroke.
Cool and hold pressure:According to a variety of pressure and time period, the pressure of the cylinder is maintained while
the mold cavity is cooled and formed.
Cooling and premolding:The products in the film cavity continue to cool, while the hydraulic motor drives the screw rotation
to push the plastic particles forward, the screw is retreated under the control of the set back pressure, when the screw is retreated
to the predetermined position, the screw stops rotating, the injection cylinder is loosened according to the set, and it is expected to end.
Injection Platen Retraction:After the premolding is finished, the shooting platform is retreated to the specified position.
Open the mould:Template back to the original position (including slow - fast - slow).
Thimble:Ejector of thimble.
