The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, 

electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, with replaceable lining. The large rotary gear is cast with teeth processed, and 

the cylinder body is lined with wear-resistant plates, ensuring excellent wear resistance. This machine operates smoothly and reliably.

According to the impact classification is divided into light, heavy;According to the length of the classification is divided into short 

mill, long mill, long mill; According to the grinding medium is divided into ball mill, rod mill, rod ball mill, gravel ink; According to 

the transmission mode, it is divided into center drive mill and edge drive mill. Other classification methods are according to the 

process operation, continuous grinding time, etc.

The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the feeding device and the hollow shaft. This chamber is 

equipped with stepped or corrugated lining plates and contains steel balls of different specifications. As the cylinder rotates, 

centrifugal force brings the steel balls to a certain height and then they fall, impacting and grinding the material. After coarse 

grinding in the first chamber, the material passes through a single-layer partition board into the second chamber, which is lined 

with flat lining plates and also contains steel balls for further grinding of the processed material. Fine powder is discharged through 

the discharge grate plate, completing the milling operation.
