01 What position do you hold at FRECON Electric, and what aspects of work are you mainly responsible for on a daily basis?
I currently hold the position of Domestic Sales Director at FRECON. I am responsible for domestic orders, shipments, payment collection, including after-sales service. This is the overall job. Normally, there will be some expansion of large projects. There are also market expansion and so on.
02 What are your most profound impressions on FRECON after many years of employment?
It has been 9 years since I joined FRECON. I joined FRECON in September 2014. What impressed me most about FRECON is the harmonious working atmosphere. The deepest impression is that everyone has a harmonious working atmosphere. Everyone They all have strong cohesion and work hard in the same direction for one goal. Everyone including other colleagues, colleagues in the R&D department, colleagues in the technical service department, and colleagues in the purchasing department all get along very happily.
03 What do you think is the best corporate culture of FRECON?
In the 9 years of FRECON, our core feature of FRECON is sharing. Since the tenth anniversary of its establishment, I have felt that the spirit shared by the company's leadership group is particularly good in all aspects,
whether it is new or old employees, or management, including wages, year-end bonuses, dividends and even care for employees.Basically, the company strives to be as fair and just as possible, as well as caring for its employees. I was very impressed by this.
04 What are your prospects for the future of the company?
After ten years, FRECON's sales are now close to 200 million. I hope that the company can develop in a diversified manner in the field of automated industrial controls.
Our main product now is frequency converters. We hope that in the future the company can develop servo controllers, including touch screens, new energy sources, off-grid inverters, photovoltaic inverters,and even a wider range of controller controls, including Sensors, including motors, hope to be so deeply rooted that they can advance hand in hand in various product fields, and become a vanguard in the industrial

I mainly serve as the manager of the technical support department. Mainly responsible for the department's affairs management and pre-sales, sales and after-sales services to domestic and foreign customers.
02 What are the most touching or happiest things that you have encountered in FRECON?
As a technical support staff, the happiest thing is to get recognition from customers after solving their problems, thus promoting long-term development and win-win cooperation between the company and customers.

My initial impression when I first joined FRECON Electric was that the reception area was quite clean and felt relatively neat. After being familiar with it for a while, my impression is that it is more reliable

03 What is the biggest difficulty you have encountered in this year? How do you deal with these obstacles when you encounter them?
The biggest obstacle is my own ability to work, which I do through many ways. The most important thing is to study, read more and enrich it through some knowledge on the Internet, and then consider
