I am honored to serve as the Planning Department Manager at FRECON. I am mainly responsible for the daily operations of the Planning Department/Warehouse Department, ensuring fast and efficient order delivery, balancing production and sales supply, and controlling the amount of production input materials, etc.
02 How do you get along with internal colleagues? How about work coordination between departments?
The overall atmosphere of the company is positive, all departments get along harmoniously, and daily communication is relaxed and pleasant. Actively communicate when problems are discovered, with the ultimate goal of solving them. Departments assist each other and can quickly reach consensus on controversial issues through daily communication and meetings, so as to efficiently meet market supply needs.

After five years of employment, the happiest thing is growing with the company and receiving recognition and support for my work from department heads and senior executives. We have a strong and united team, the production department/quality department/warehouse department/the pace is unified, the planning department and the purchasing department ensure the normal supply of materials, constantly adjust the plan and achieve the current rapid supply, and do a good job for colleagues in the business department. reserve force.
FRECON has transformed from a one-story factory building to a two-story factory building and then a third-story factory building, and its production capacity has increased from 5,000 units to 10,000 units and then to more than 15,000 units. I work as a software engineer at FRECON Electric, and am mainly responsible for the development of inverter peripheral products, such as communication cards, LCD keyboards, and PG cards.
02 What kind of competitive environment does the company face in the early stages of its establishment? What difficulties does the company or team encounter? How was this problem solved at the time?
In the early days of the company's establishment, because the product (promotion) was not well known to customers, customers did not have enough confidence in the product. It needed more technical communication with customers to enhance customers' confidence in using the product. , and then help the customer perform an installation and debugging on site.
03 Personally, what is the best corporate culture of FRECON?
I think the best corporate culture of the company is that the working environment is relatively harmonious, everyone is a partner at work, and everyone works seriously together. After work, everyone is friends and can hang out together, go to dinner parties, or go hiking.

01 What position do you hold at FRECON Electric, and what aspects of work are you mainly responsible for on a daily basis?
I am now the leader of the A5 line in the production workshop. I am mainly responsible for three points: the first point is responsible for the smooth flow of the line's plan for the day, and the second point is responsible for abnormal handling, such as personnel, quality, and production. There are materials and equipment, and the rest is the line body, which needs to be inspected every day and maintained in 7S, etc.
02 What do you think of the current office environment and the company atmosphere?
From my first impression, I can only say that it is very good, smooth and smooth. From the office area to the production workshop, as well as cultural activities, etc., it gives people a pleasing feeling. The staff is also very united and does not give people a sense of depression. The overall atmosphere is very energetic.
03 What is the biggest difficulty you have encountered in this year? How do you deal with these obstacles when you encounter them?
The biggest difficulty came from the beginning. I was not familiar with the assembly process and management methods. I was not clear about handling exceptions. I needed to seek help from superiors and colleagues. Whenever I encounter difficulties, I will face them head on and will not let the difficulties stay overnight, because only after experiencing the difficulties can the follow-up work be carried out smoothly.
