01 What position do you hold at FRECON Electric, and what aspects of work are you mainly responsible for on a daily basis?

I hold the position of Financial Accounting Supervisor in FRECON Electric, mainly responsible for general ledger account processing, cost accounting, statement preparation, financial analysis, budget management and domestic payment payment services and work.

02 What were the difficulties encountered by the company or the team at the beginning of FRECON's existence, and how were they solved at that time?

The company was founded in the early days, in the ERP information technology to promote the process, due to the lack of professional ERP implementation personnel to guide. So the implementation of each module, are by the staff of each department, their own fumble to complete. The entire data initialization process is quite difficult, encountered difficulties, our entire initialization team did not retreat, but over and over again to see the guidelines, do not understand the call to consult the effort does not fail, and finally in September 2013 ERP officially online operation!

After several years of development and growth of the company, the ERP at that time no longer meets the current business needs, so the company has updated a new set of ERP system, followed by a series of upgrades, adding the master production plan, cost analysis module, supplier management, R & D PLM system, for the company's cost control, procurement price control, R & D project management to provide information support.

03 In your personal opinion, what is the best corporate culture of FRECON and what is your vision for the future of the company?

Corporate culture, a reflection of the culture of the company's managers. The company was founded at the beginning, I personally feel that the company's business follow the market hotspot, only slowly formed our unique corporate culture, with the establishment of the new management team, I think our company's best corporate culture is to focus on, product research and development, product quality, market development, cultural genes increased in the professional, focus and other factors.

At the same time, the company's sharing mechanism is more fair and perfect, each employee is full of energy, the atmosphere of hard work is relatively strong, and each employee is happy and joyful in the work process. I mainly serve as a warehouse supervisor position in FRECON Electric, daily mainly responsible for the finished goods warehouse an overall 7S maintenance, as well as a finished goods receipt, finished goods shipments, and accounts above some other work.

02 How well do you get along with your internal coworkers and how well do you coordinate your work between departments?

01 What position do you hold at FRECON Electric, and what aspects of work are you mainly responsible for on a daily basis?

First of all, I work in Vulikan company as a development procurement position, mainly responsible for the following points:

The first point of regular market information understanding, collection for dynamic analysis, report to the manager;

The second point according to the summary of the establishment of supplier resources, regularly updated;

The third point to organize and implement the certification of new supplier information;

The fourth point is to assist procurement, regular evaluation of supplier delivery quality service and annual review;

The fifth point is to build a detailed file of all the information on the supplier, and qualified to update the supplier roster;

The sixth point with the R & D new project development, development of new supplier resources, looking for more and more creative samples.

02 How well do you get along with your internal coworkers and how well do you coordinate your work between departments?

The company's colleagues are all very harmonious and friendly, communication is also relatively easy, and the work between departments will help each other.
